This is not the thing to be a fashion snob, but wearing the same shoes every day will offer loads of health hazards for you. This is not what we are saying, but a number of studies have backed up the fact that wearing the same pair of shoes each single day will make you ill. How?

#1: The Sweating Feet:
We know everyone has his favorite pair of shoes that he wants to wear every single day, but this should not be the case. As a matter of fact, regardless of the region you live in, your feet sweat in those shoes and that sweat remain trapped inside them. The more you wear them, the more the sweat is absorbed within the shoes and the more bacteria will thrive inside them. And that is the start of your ill health.
#2: Foul Smell:
When you are going to wear the same pair of shoes every day, you will not allow the sweat trapped inside it to flow through the air. The shoes sit in your non-airy cupboard or your dark hallway till the morning and then your feet go back inside for the long day again. This pattern for each day will cause a pretty ripe smell to start coming out of them.
#3: Dangers of Sore Feet:
Each time you wear your favorite shoes, your weight is causing the soul of the shoes to press. The longer you wear the shoes, you are pressing down on the same insoles. Those padded foot beds need to revert back so that you are not basically walking on the ground without any cushioning.
So, give your shoes a rest and swap your pairs each day!
